One of my favorite things about any festival or fair is the parade. The Linn County Fair is no different. I have been told there is still room for more entries for the parade this year that will be held of Saturday, July 10th at 9am staring in Central City and ending at the fair grounds.
This is your invitation to participate in the third annual Linn County Fair Saturday, July 10, 2010 at 9:00 AM in Central City.
Check-in will begin at 7:00 am at the Day Care on Barber Street in Central City. Every unit must have a signed indemnity agreement to participate in the parade. The parade will end at the gate of the fair grounds. All participants are then asked to proceed to the Farm Bureau Free Entertainment Tent where the winners will be
announced and ribbons and prizes to be awarded. You MUST be present (or have a representative present) in order to receive prizes/ribbons.
