64 days to go…Corporate Challenge- Trivia Contest- What do you know…..

Do you sit around in the break room, the kitchen table, or the fire pit and quiz your fellow employees, friends, family and neighbors to see who knows the most trivia?

Do LOVE to play Trivial Pursuit?

Do you know a lot of things about a lot of things?

If you answered yes to any of the questions above then you would do well on the Trivia Contest part of the Corporate Challenge games.

As you know The Linn County Fair is holding the Corporate Challenge games this year to help raise money for the Lynn Dunn Memorial Building Fund to build an all-seasons building at the fair grounds. The Lynn Dunn Memorial Building Fund was set up in 2009 in honor of a long-time fair board member who passed away suddenly.

Let’s test how much you know:

Do you know – What was the first bird domesticated by man?

Or – Which is the largest Fresh water lake in the world?

Or even – Which prolific American writer penned over 70 western novels including Riders of the Purple Sage, Wild Horse Mesa, The Code of the West, and Fighting Caravans?

If you know any of those answers  then you should get a team together and compete in the Corporate Challenge Games. You’re going to love participating in the Linn County Fair’s first CORPORATE CHALLENGE GAMES trivia contest. This is just one of the events in the games. Teams from all over the area will be competing to earn the highest number of total points to win the Traveling Trophy and money for their favorite 501c3 charity. A total of seven events will take place over the course of the 2010 fair from Wednesday, July 7 through Sunday, July 11. Visit the fair website http://thelinncountyfair.com/ccg-challange.html for more information about the contest and how you can get your team entered today!
